Day 2: Veteran Scrimmage

Man o man there is a few people here tonight which is nice to see.

Hampus Gustafsson scores for team White to break the goose egg on an unspectacular wrist shot through traffic.

We have our first real scrap! Tyler Parker vs. Dyson Stevenson. For a scrimmage it was a good tilt. Stevenson threw a couple of bombs and was able to get Parkers helmet off and then get the take down. Stevenson gets the W.

The first period ends with the White team ahead 1-0.

No scoring in the second period. But I do have to say that this has turned out to be a pretty good game.

Totally missed the next goal but all signs point to Mappin (I was originally told it was Gustafsson). 2-0 White.

I was texting so I missed another goal... I was told it was 4 White a.k.a. Mitch Spooner. 3-0 White.

Mappin takes the biscuit hard to the net and scores a good garbage goal. 4-0 White.

Final score 4-0 White.

I have to say that it was a very entertaining game and hopefully the rest of camp is as good as tonights' game.

I will have some pictures up in a bit. I need to sort them out a bit and see which ones turned out (I played with the settings on the camera and I'm not sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing.... we'll see).
